2. Plan Your Visit

Walk-ins are always welcome! While some locations do provide the convenience of online appointment booking, it's not something all stores can offer. A quick call ahead can help you get the specific support you need for your products and might even save you some waiting time!

3. Measure Your Space

Before you arrive, take a moment to measure the area you’re thinking about renovating. For straightforward rooms, you can easily find the square footage by multiplying the length by the width (in feet). It’s a good idea to add an extra 10% to cover any waste or cuts. And if you're not quite sure how to measure, don’t worry! Our friendly staff will be more than happy to help you during your visit.

4. In-Store Consultation

During your visit to our store, one of our friendly flooring experts will be there to:

5. Decide on Installation or Materials-Only

If you would like installation:

• We’re happy to arrange a convenient in-home measurement for you, either while you’re visiting or after you’ve reviewed the samples!
• Once we have your measurements, we’ll prepare a tailored quote for you.

If you are purchasing materials only:

• Share your final measurements, and we’ll be delighted to provide you with a personalized quote!
• Typically, we deliver quotes on the same day or by the next business day, so you can expect a prompt response! Just keep in mind that turnaround times might vary a bit based on your location.

6. Review and Confirm

• Once you give the go-ahead on the quote, we’ll need a deposit to kick off your order—typically 50% of the total. We make it super easy for you to pay, whether that’s in person, over the phone, or using any of the other convenient methods offered at your store.
• We’re excited to guide you through what to expect during the installation process! Just a quick note: while some locations might have handy digital signature tools like DocuSign, these are unavailable at all stores.

7. Product Ordering and Scheduling

Once your deposit is received:

• Your selected flooring will be ordered and reserved
• We'll schedule the installation once we confirm the product is available.

8. Pre-Installation Check-In

A team member will reach out before installation to confirm timing and ensure your space is ready.

Installation Day: What to Expect

• Greeting: Our installation team will arrive and introduce themselves
• Guidance: Guide them to the location where the flooring installation will take place.
• Preparation: Ensure the area is cleared of furniture and any breakables for a smooth installation
• Review: Once complete, your installer will guide you through the finished work to ensure your satisfaction.

Aftercare and Final Steps

• A team member will follow up to confirm everything went well and arrange final payment
• You will receive your invoice, payment receipt, and care/warranty instructions via email.
• The methods of follow-up and documentation may differ slightly by store.
